Mark Fenton is an attorney licensed to practice in Colorado with extensive experience in residential real estate transactions and civil litigation. Mr. Fenton began his career at a Denver civil litigation firm, where he represented plaintiffs in personal injury, real estate, and commercial cases. In 2019, Mr. Fenton started his own practice, where he now advises individuals and small businesses on a wide range of business, commercial, and residential real estate matters.
Along with Mr. Fenton’s transactional real estate experience, Mark also represents clients in real estate issues involving litigation, including evictions, fraud related to real estate, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, partition actions, premises liability, and other financial disputes.
Mr. Fenton earned his law degree from Whittier Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review and concentrated on real estate law in his elective courses. As an undergraduate at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Mr. Fenton obtained a degree in political science and was a three-year letterman for the University of Colorado football team. Following his time at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Mr. Fenton gained NFL experience by signing with the Denver Broncos and the Houston Texans.
