Before arrival: Sales advisors introduce HYKR during the consultation phase, highlighting that patients should download the HYKR app or use the website to pre-book airport transfers and tours. They are given a welcome package (digital or PDF) that explains HYKR’s role and benefits.

At arrival: Patients are greeted at the airport by HYKR staff with a PIN-verified sign for safety, then connected directly with their driver.

During free days: Patients are informed (via advisor + HYKR rep at the clinic) about curated tour options that fit within their recovery/free schedules.

Ongoing communication: HYKR provides 24/7 multilingual support through the app, website, and in-person reps at the clinic.
